TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT

The deposit secures your spot. It is not refunded if you cancel, but you can transfer your spot to another person at no cost. Please send me their name and email address.
Whole week: deposit €150. Individual programs: payment in full.

BALANCE

The remaining balance is due by March 15, 2027. If the balance has not been paid by then, your spot is released to the waitlist and the deposit is forfeited. Please contact me if you need more time.

CANCELLING AFTER THE BALANCE IS PAID

Once the balance is paid, it is not refunded if you cancel, but you can always transfer your spot to another person. Please cancel by email. The date I receive your email is your cancellation date.

IF WE CANCEL OR CHANGE THE PROGRAM

If we cancel the program, for example because the teachers cannot travel or because of illness or circumstances beyond our control, you receive a full refund, including the deposit. If a single session changes, for example the time or the teacher, we will tell you as soon as possible. If a change means you can no longer join, you may cancel for a full refund of that part.

MISSED SESSIONS

If you miss a session, there is no refund for that session. You can ask me beforehand to move your seat to the waitlist.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 days.

WAITLIST

If a program is full, you can join the waitlist. We will contact you if a spot opens.

HEALTH AND PARTICIPATION

You take part at your own responsibility. Please listen to your body, stay within your limits and use the modifications offered. You are responsible for your own health and accident insurance, and for your belongings, travel and accommodation. Closer to the program, we will ask about injuries and health conditions in a short form. If you are in treatment or have a health condition, please speak with your doctor or therapist before joining.

FAMILY CONSTELLATION WORKSHOP

The Family Constellation Workshop is for personal development. It is not therapy and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

PHOTOS AND VIDEO

Photos and videos may be taken during the program and used on our website, social media and newsletters. If you prefer not to be photographed, please tell me in writing before the program.
