Family Constellation is a method of personal exploration developed by Bert Hellinger. We are born through relationship into relationship, and much of our life is shaped by it. In this workshop we can look at the relationships we have formed in life, especially our first, with our mother. Family constellation work explores how past family experiences, even when we are unaware of them, can shape the current family dynamic. Over a weekend, taking part in the workshop can offer new understanding of your family system and the patterns passed down through generations. Many people find this brings clarity and a new perspective on the limitations they feel in life. This workshop is open to everyone.
